There is plenty of space for you, your family and friends. We have one superking bed in the Master Bedroom that can also be split into singles. The remaining rooms each have a King sized bed.

4 Bathrooms

With 3 en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom we have ensured that there will be no queueing! Each bathroom has underfloor heating and heated towel rails. We also provide Faith in Nature shampoo, conditioner and body wash so you can keep your washbag packing to a minimum.

Centrally Located

Just across the road from the new St. James centre, the flat is ideally located for you to explore the city on foot and to go further afield to Leith, then the tram is right on the doorstep.

All our family enjoyed their stay especially chilling out together in the extensive central lounge/dining room after enjoying excellent local restaurants, bespoke shopping or good walks which were all on the doorstep!
